Job Description

The SLAMCI Marketing Specialist is primarily involved in the strategic and tactical initiatives related to Sun Life Asset Management Company, Inc. (SLAMCI)’s (1) client experience, (2) leads generation and management, and (3) reselling, cross-selling and up-selling of Sun Life Products. The Specialist collaborates with Sun Life of Canada Philippines, Inc. (SLOCPI) Marketing to ensure that all SLAMCI initiatives are aligned with the overall strategy and direction of the Sun Life group of companies. He/she will also support the marketing initiatives of Sun Life PH’s 5-year goal (Sun Life NXT), and any future strategic plans.

Responsibilities

Develops and manages the over-all experience of Sun Life Asset Management Company Inc.(SLAMCI)’s clients.
Creates, executes and monitors lead-generation campaigns for SLAMCI.
Designs reselling, cross-selling, and up-selling of Sun Life Products, in support of various goals of Sun Life NXT.
Assists in the execution of the marketing and communication plans to achieve business goals.
Collaborates with functional areas to execute marketing plans.
Provides assistance in carrying out SLAMCI’s strategic initiatives and marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

University degree from a reputable university, preferably from a business-related discipline.
At least three (3) years relevant experience, preferably in sales and/or marketing in the financial services industry
Experience in related industries such as advertising, brand management, promotions and events management, while not required, will be strongly considered.
